Defendants appeal from the judgment in this action for declaratory relief, brought on behalf of the union above named against defendant L. Bloom Sons Co., Inc., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Bloom," and defendant Blooms Valley Fair, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Blooms Valley Fair." The judgment holds that, for the purposes of a collective bargaining agreement, executed between the union and Bloom, the separate corporate entity of Blooms Valley Fair is to be disregarded on the ground that it is the alter ego of Bloom and as such is bound by the agreement in the same manner as though it were expressly included as a signatory thereto.
